Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall marketing goals of the region, including: 1) annual sales tasks 2) key end users 3) design institutes 4) channel development;
2. Responsible for managing the breakthrough of the regional market, the implementation, implementation and management of the company's marketing strategy, and doing a good job in the development and maintenance of regional end users, channels, design institutes and product promotion;
3. Supervise and guide regional personnel to implement and carry out product promotion activities;
4. Responsible for the exploration of regional sales opportunities and the formulation and implementation of promotion strategies.
5. Responsible for supervising the efficient execution of regional sales contracts, improving financial awareness, and ensuring the profit of contracts.
6. Responsible for supervising the tracking of regional sales contract collection, coordinating with various departments, and improving the collection rate.
7. Guidance and supervision of the formulation and implementation of regional members' work plans;
8. Regularly attend sales meetings and organize regional internal meetings;
9. Responsible for evaluating the work of subordinates.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in machinery and instrumentation;
2. More than one year of relevant work experience in the same industry or power industry;
3. Able to travel.
